A structured development programme for young people from basic through tertiary education. Through guided exploration and practical experiences, participants turn curiosity into evidence, informed choices and clearer next steps.
We are preparing a secure application experience for young people and their parents or guardians. Cohort dates and application instructions will be published here once intake opens.
Eligibility is open to young people aged 10–25, calculated at the official cohort start date. Age is used only to confirm eligibility and determine the appropriate consent requirements for minors; it does not influence aptitude scoring, ranking or automatic selection.
YDG helps young people uncover their interests, strengths and career possibilities through guided exploration and practical experience. Each experience builds evidence that supports clearer decisions, purposeful next steps and confident execution.
YDG is not a replacement for formal or informal education, clinical assessment, professional counselling, employment services or regulated training. It complements learning by helping young people connect education with guided exploration and practical experience.
